Our founder started on the distribution side of the low-voltage industry, selling the products that technicians install. It didn’t take long for him to notice that customers kept saying the same thing: “We need techs.” Soon, he started training technicians to fill those crucial roles, and that quickly morphed into a full-fledged recruiting business: Next Level Technician.

Today, our management team has more than 20 years of combined experience in the low-voltage industry. Our dedicated team of account managers, recruiters and trainers know the low-voltage field inside and out, they know what organizations and technicians themselves want out of a low-voltage recruiting firm.
